We hope you never find a reason to return your order. But in case you do, you can write to us at info@orbitbling.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We offer replacements if the product has been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect. We will initiate a pick up from our end. The product needs be well packed by the client, preferably in the same box it came in. Once we receive the product we will inspect it for damages/defects. Post inspection we will either send you a replacement, offer store credit or a refund of your money in case of no product availability.
